Nick's life work is to ensure each and EVERY student has opportunities to reach his/her full potential. Nick is the Associate Director of the Wisconsin Resource Center for Charter Schools where he supports the governance, authorization, leadership, and classrooms of charter schools across Wisconsin. He brings experience working in traditional and non-traditional forms of education from Maine to Alaska. He is a past school founder, director, and school culture coach. He has found that leadership coaching is his jam and is needed across the country. He loves to talk about innovative and humanistic ways to ensure ALL have a voice and joint determination in moving the school forward.  He "geeks out" on organizational leadership and having a dialogue about building strong working and learning cultures.
