Kevin Erickson is the director if the Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance (KM Perform), one of the district's first high school personalized learning communities. His interest in collaboration, competency-based education, and computer science, inspired My Learning Collaborative (myLC/ www.mylcsolution.com), a student-centered tool to facilitate interdisciplinary and competency-based learning. A longtime arts educator, he has interest in collaborative communities that foster creativity and innovation in all subject areas. Kevin has presented on Interdisciplinary Learning Collaboratives and Competency-Based Systems and hosted hundreds of educators throughout the midwest.
