With 15+ years of experience in Project Based Learning, I have seen that empowering students with voice, choice and belonging has created engagement and passion in student learning. Cofounding a PBL school and more recently joining John Dewey Academy of Learning, I have learned that PBL is not just about creating and designing great projects but also creating a culture of invested learners.  I love the outdoors, reading and learning from my students.
