The governance board is a key factor to a successful charter school.  It is important that your governance board have specific development goals each year to ensure growth and continued effectiveness.  This session will take participants through a governance board assessment and provide specific resources to help you support your own board's development.  Our time together will not only help you better understand the role of your governance board, it will help you identify the work needed for improvement.
