Dr. Colleen Timm is the Director of Learning Services for Cooperative Education Service Agency #7 located in Green Bay, Wisconsin and responsible for serving 38 school districts in the region. She previously served as a superintendent, principal and classroom teacher over the course of her 29-year career.
Colleen holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy Analysis from UW-Madison, a master’s in Educational Administration from UW-Madison, a master’s in Reading Education from UW-Oshkosh, and a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from UW-Eau Claire. She is a recognized leader in School Turn-Around, Closing the Excellence Gap, Redefining Ready, Educator Effectiveness, Professional Learning Communities, and Academic and Career Planning.
